The Block Labor Plan offers maximum flexibility and allows our customers to purchase a specific number of hours in advance, at a discounted rate.

 

The Block Labor Plan allows us to offer on-site support services to our customers at a discounted rate. To accommodate most client requirements, block hours can be purchased in increments of 10, 20, 50, 80 and 110 hours.

Block Labor can be used for many computer related tasks such as equipment repair network audit, service calls, installation, equip­ment upgrades and more. There is a minimum of two (2) block labor hours per visit.

 

•  Installation of hardware and software

•  On-site troubleshooting of hardware problems or software issues

•  New system installation & on-site upgrade of existing equipment and software

•  Installation of all vendors service packs and patches (For approved systems)

•  Anti-Virus installation updates and monitoring

•  Report tracking on all services provided

•  Preventive maintenance

•  Security audit and firewall tests
