The engineers at our Network Operations Center (NOC) perform preventive maintenance tasks such as deploying anti-virus updates, patches, removal of spyware, "cleaning” of machines, tuning of servers, updating firewall rules and much more to keep the client's network running optimally.

We catch many potential problems before they are reported to us but if an end user encounters a difficulty, he or she calls a support phone line and engineer at our Network Operations Center will handle the issue. The engineer assists the user over the phone or when necessary, and with the permission of the user, the engineer can take control of the machine and resolves the problem directly. In our experience we have been able to resolve close of 93% of all user issues remotely.
